Expodental Meeting 2025

GOAL

Expodental Meeting is the reference exhibition for the dental sector in Italy and one of the most relevant internationally. Also for the 2025 edition, UNIDI has relied on GWC as agency-partner to guide the entire communication of the event. The goal: to strengthen the event's positioning, increase audience engagement and ensure a recognizable, consistent and strategic presence across all touchpoints.

SOLUTION

For EM 2025, GWC developed an integrated communication strategy, working on multiple levels and channels. We worked on the visual identity of the event, curated content for social channels, and designed materials in line with branding and positioning objectives. During the days at the fair, we were in charge of Expodental Meeting TV, an original format designed to tell the story of the event and give voice to professionals in the field. We designed and created static and video content, managed the social feed and developed coherent and coordinated digital campaigns. In parallel, concepts and graphic declinations were defined for the 2026 edition, with a strategic look oriented toward innovation and continuity. A project in constant evolution, designed to enhance and grow the identity of Expodental Meeting.
